About Me
Career Journey:
Daniel graduated from Otago University in 2017 with a double major in Accounting and Finance, and joined JW Smeaton at the start of 2018. In April 2021, he completed his Chartered Accountant qualification, earning the top mark in New Zealand for Financial and Management Accounting. Most recently, in October 2023, he obtained his Public Practice Certificate, allowing him to step into John Mackay’s role—taking over his existing clients while also building his own client base.
